I'm an Analytics & Program Leader with 8+ years of experience driving enterprise data, analytics, and process modernization — currently leading Corporate Risk Data Analytics & Reporting at the Greater Toronto Airport Authority.
My work sits at the intersection of business analysis and hands-on analytics: I elicit requirements and design processes like a systems analyst, then build the SQL and Power BI behind the dashboards myself. I've built governance frameworks from scratch in fragmented, ungoverned environments, led teams of 3–4 analysts, and presented directly to CFOs, COOs, and board-level committees.
More recently, I've been applying that same approach to practical AI adoption — building simple agents in Microsoft Copilot, custom agents and flows in Copilot Studio, and Power Automate flows that extract insights from contracts and documents. I'm now expanding into code-based AI tooling through VS Code. I'm not chasing bleeding-edge model-building — I focus on the pragmatic, high-ROI AI adoption that most organizations, especially those still early in their AI journey, actually need right now.
